1. Gently remove the tray from its protective sleeve.
2. Carefully open from the side ensuring the tray is facing up, to avoid any fans falling out.
3. Our promade fans are delicate and loose so please handle with care to prevent any damage.

Our warehouse team processes orders within 1-2 business days. We offer free shipping for all Australian orders over $200. Parcel tracking is provided through Australia Post.

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges:

We believe in complete customer care and satisfaction. If any of our products arrive damaged or faulty, we will provide a replacement free of charge. Please note that any product which has been opened or used cannot be returned / refunded due to hygiene and contamination.

Simply reply to your order confirmation email to let us know and include a couple of photos of the damaged product and our admin team will process your request.

Wrong Item Ordered:

If you order the wrong product by accident, you must let us know within 24 hours of receiving your parcel. Due to hygiene and contamination concerns, products must not be opened or used otherwise they cannot be returned. Simply reply to your order confirmation email with the details and our admin team will provide instructions.
